The Stübben Weymouth Short Shank 16mm is an elegant, gentle and strong design with stainless steel cheeks that are combined with the SWEET Copper mouthpiece to ensure strength and reliability. A 30° forward bend provides optimal comfort. The mouthpiece is flattened on under side for tongue space and the 5cm shank reduces leverage but allows quicker rein effect. Flat curb chain hooks prevents pinching of the horse’s lips and lies smoothly in the chin groove, requiring no twisting and allows for easy adjustment. Acts on tongue, bars and poll.
SWEET Copper encourages better acceptance, promotes chewing and salivation and has a pleasant taste enhances the horse's comfort. It is composed of 90% copper, 7% iron aluminum, and free from nickel for high strength.
