Package Your Items
Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is clean and free of horse hair or debris.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
